| Mr. Lee has over 33 years experience working in the field of civil engineering and 16 years as an engineer working in the specific area of construction management both in the public and private sector. Mr. Lee graduated from Brooklyn Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
Licensed as a Professional Engineer since 1990. Dan has worked as a construction engineer for the United States Army Corps of Engineers for more than 16 years. Dan was the Resident Engineer at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey where he was in charge of the Project Engineers in the administration and management of numerous contracts exceeding 25 million dollars in cost.
In 2006 Mr. Lee became the Deputy Chief of Construction for the United States Army Corps of Engineers in the State of New York. Dan has received several Commander Awards for civilian services in the New Jersey and New York district while working for the U.S Army Corps of Engineers.
In addition, Mr. Lee is the president of a private residential home building company, Dan Lee Homes, and has managed and built custom homes in Passaic and Bergen County, New Jersey areas for more than 23 years. Dan’s experience and knowledge in the construction engineering field will enable him to provide a comprehensive analysis of all types of premises liability issues. |
