Stephen has been directly involved in over 5,000 reconstruction case files and has been qualified as an expert in traffic accident reconstruction in both State and Federal Courts in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.

Kevin S. Tully

Kevin joined SKE Forensic Consultants in 2015 as a Senior Associate and became a Partner of SKE in early 2019. Mr. Tully has testified as an expert in traffic accident reconstruction in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York courts.

Michael A. DiCicco

Michael joined SKE Forensic Consultants in 2015 after formerly employed as a Crash Reconstruction Expert for eight years at Robson Forensic.  Michael's background in the automotive industry and airbag expertise brings a wealth of knowledge to the SKE team.

Matthew J. Mastrelli 

Matthew joined SKE Forensic Consultants in May 2019 as an Associate Engineer. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University as well as full accreditation as a Traffic Accident Reconstructionist from The Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (A.C.T.A.R.)

Joseph L. Bock

Joseph joined SKE Forensic Consultants in January 2023 as an Associate Engineer. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from State University of New York Polytechnic Institute. Joseph is currently studying to obtain his Traffic Accident Reconstructionist certification from The Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (A.C.T.A.R.)

Christine Sirgant

Christine has been with SKE since 2015, leading the administrative team in the day to day operations of the company. As an administrative professional, she has years experience in bookkeeping and administration, with a deep knowledge of many business systems, both large and small.

Grace Terry

Grace has been with SKE since October 2023, handling the administrative duties for Mr. Tully. Having spent her entire career in accident reconstruction, Grace has an extensive knowledge of the unique administrative needs of accident reconstruction.

Charlie Ruzkowski

Charlie has been with SKE since February 2024, joining as Visual Designer. At SKE, he handles visuals that include 3D simulations and animations, virtual reconstruction, and video analysis.

Amos Hodges
