Defense Case – Passenger Car



The reconstruction analysis and pedestrian visibility testing demonstrated to the jury that the vehicle operator could not see the pedestrian until he ran beyond the left side of the stopped vehicles. The accident was unavoidable by the driver. The jury agreed and returned a defense verdict.
